What you get

The phone, finally on the dashboard

Dynamic number insertion

The number on your site swaps per visitor session, carrying campaign, keyword and click ID into the call record.

Keyword-level attribution

Each call lands in analytics next to form leads — same source chain, same CPL and ROAS math.

Recordings & transcripts

Listen back or read the transcript from the lead timeline. Consent handling configurable per region.

Missed-call rescue

Missed rings trigger alerts, automatic text-backs and AI callback queues — before the lead calls a competitor.

Call values

Score calls and attach revenue, manually or by rules — so a 4-minute booked job counts more than a wrong number.

Spam filtering

Robocalls and telemarketers filtered out before they pollute your conversion data or your team’s morning.

Setup

Ringing with attribution in a day

Provision the pool

Aurinto sizes a tracking-number pool to your traffic and points it at your existing lines.

Numbers swap per visitor

The same first-party tag that powers analytics handles the swap. No extra script, no flicker.

Calls join the funnel

Every call appears in the lead timeline with source, recording and outcome — and feeds the same ROAS math.

Why built-in beats bolted-on

One layer, not another vendor

Standalone call trackers live in their own silo: separate script, separate dashboard, separate invoice — and a data marriage that never quite works. Aurinto’s call layer shares the session, the lead record and the reporting with everything else.

  • Same first-party tag as analytics — one script total
  • Calls and forms deduplicate into one lead
  • AI agents see call outcomes when steering bids

FAQ

Call tracking questions, answered

Do I have to change my main phone number?

No. Aurinto provisions a pool of tracking numbers that forward to your existing lines or PBX. Your published number stays yours; visitors from ads simply see a pool number that carries their click history.

How does the keyword attribution actually work?

Dynamic number insertion swaps the displayed number per visitor session. When the call comes in, the number maps back to that session — with its gclid, campaign, keyword and pageview trail already attached.

What about call recording and privacy?

Recording and consent announcements are configurable per region and can be switched off entirely. Recordings are stored encrypted, retention windows are yours to set, and access is role-based.

What happens to missed calls?

They stop being lost revenue. Missed calls land in a rescue queue — your team gets an instant alert, and AI operators can text back or queue a callback automatically.
